We are Jennifer and Julio, the heart behind Remember V Events. Partners in life, we started this business with one simple goal: to help you actually enjoy your event instead of worrying about logistics.

We grew up in Mexican families where celebrations were everything—big, loud, beautiful gatherings full of love. But we also saw the same pattern again and again: the people hosting the day rarely got to experience it. They were managing, fixing, and checking details instead of living in the moment.

That’s why we do what we do.

With a degree in Hospitality Management and a refined understanding of the client experience, I bring together intentional planning and a passion for meaningful moments—seamlessly managing every behind-the-scenes detail so you can be fully present and enjoy your event from start to finish.

I take the time to truly understand your vision so we can bring it to life in a way that feels authentic to you. I listen to your story, your priorities, and what matters most, so together we can create an event that is intentional, personal, and uniquely yours.

I genuinely love what I do and am incredibly grateful for the trust my clients place in me to be part of their most meaningful moments.

Julio is an integral part of the Remember V Events team and plays a lead role in event day execution.

While Jennifer focuses on planning, client experience, and guiding the couple through their day, Julio is onsite ensuring everything runs flawlessly behind the scenes.

From overseeing setup and coordinating vendors to managing logistics and unexpected needs, he is the steady force that keeps everything moving smoothly.
